Yes, you can use your air conditioning right away after getting window tint installed. The AC system does not affect the film or the curing process. Just make sure the air is not blowing directly and forcefully onto the glass from the inside at close range during the first couple of days.
Curing time depends on the weather. In summer, most films cure within 2 to 4 days. In colder months, it can take anywhere from 2 to 4 weeks. Until the film is fully cured, the bubbles and haze you may notice are normal and will clear up on their own.
